Delicious steamed pork buns cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior, served with gyoza dipping sauce and Hojicha green tea. This simple recipe uses butter to enhance the flavor and can be made using a sandwich press or frying pan.
1: Get Frozen Steamed Pork Buns in the frozen isle of any Asian grocery store. Follow steaming or microwaving instructions. Remove the paper lining once cooked. 2: Melt butter on a sandwich press on both sides, and place cooked steamed pork bun in the center. Close the sandwich press and turn over every minute. Check to see if both sides have browned by opening. Cook time is around 6 minutes on medium heat. 3: Let the bun cool for a minute and serve with gyoza sauce and Hojicha green tea.
