Cleffa Cupcakes

1: Make 3 jumbo cupcakes using jumbo tins and jumbo cupcake liners. Use whichever recipe you like, or cake box mix.

2: To make the chocolate ears: microwave 1 tablespoon of chocolate melts for 30 seconds or until melted. Place in a piping bag and pipe 6 triangles with softened/curved edges on parchment paper.

3: To make the buttercream: use an electric mixer or stand mixer with the whip attachment and whip the butter until pale and fluffed, around 7 minutes on medium high speed.

4: Add the powdered sugar and salt and mix until fully combined, around 2 minutes.

5: Add in vanilla and milk and mix until fully combined.

6: Divide the buttercream to create different colors (85% light pink, 5% white, 5% black, 5% other colors like purple for donuts, or red for blush and tongue).
