A quick and delicious campfire meal featuring steelhead trout and shimeji & enoki mushrooms, ready in just 10 minutes. This recipe is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
1: Preheat oven to 400°F. 2: Scale trout, then cut into 1.5in width. 3: Spray foil with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray or spread oil/butter. 4: Place sliced onions, then the trout. Add salt and pepper to each side of the fish. 5: Place mushrooms, butter, and sake on top. 6: Seal the foil closed, and place on top of a tray. 7: Bake for 7 minutes, and serve hot.
