Chocolate Mini Donuts

These chocolate mini donuts are deliciously fluffy, made with butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and decorated with icing. Perfect for any occasion, they can be made using a mini donut pan and decorated with gel food colors.
1: Cream the butter and sugar together in a medium sized bowl with an electric mixer with a beater attachment. 2: Add in egg and beat until fluffed and doubled in volume, around 3 minutes on medium-high speed. 3: Add in cocoa powder, cinnamon, and mix until combined. 4: Add in salt, all purpose flour, and baking powder, and mix until just combined. 5: Add in milk and mix until smooth. 6: Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. 7: To decorate, slice the donut with a microblade or a small knife to make holes for sliced almonds for ears, and halve some sliced almonds to make whiskers. 8: Dip into Base Icing, then decorate with Icing Decorations using a wilton #1 tip, or a very small piping tip.
