Chocolate Mini Donuts

These chocolate mini donuts are deliciously fluffy, made with butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and decorated with icing. Perfect for any occasion, they can be made using a mini donut pan and decorated with gel food colors.

What you need

tsp cinnamon

pinch salt

tsp water

cup butter

cup sugar

tbsp cocoa powder

cup powdered sugar

tsp baking powder

fl oz milk
Instructions
1: Cream the butter and sugar together in a medium sized bowl with an electric mixer with a beater attachment. 2: Add in egg and beat until fluffed and doubled in volume, around 3 minutes on medium-high speed. 3: Add in cocoa powder, cinnamon, and mix until combined. 4: Add in salt, all purpose flour, and baking powder, and mix until just combined. 5: Add in milk and mix until smooth. 6: Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. 7: To decorate, slice the donut with a microblade or a small knife to make holes for sliced almonds for ears, and halve some sliced almonds to make whiskers. 8: Dip into Base Icing, then decorate with Icing Decorations using a wilton #1 tip, or a very small piping tip.View original recipe
