What you need

fl oz milk

tsp baking soda

oz butter

pinch salt

tsp baking powder

fl oz heavy cream

tsp vanilla extract

fl oz water
Instructions
1: Heat oven to 325F, and grease & fit a parchment paper in the baking pan. 2: Combine milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and sugar. Add cocoa powder to boiling hot water, mix until no lumps, then add into the milk mixture and combine. 3: Add in dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Pour into baking pan, tap a few times to rid of large air bubbles, and bake for 25-30 min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Once cooled, level the cake (if needed) and slice in half. 4: Make the Whipped Ganache by heating heavy cream until simmering, pour into baking chocolate with salt. Mix until all melted, cover with saran wrap, and place in the fridge until solidified. Then whip with mixer until fluffy, pipe and level onto cooled cakes, and stack. 5: Make Chocolate Glaze by heating heavy cream until simmering and pour onto chocolate and salt. Mix until combined and glaze the cake. 6: Present in a cake box, serve with tea or milk, and enjoy!View original recipe
