Delicious Sanji Fried Rice made with seafood including octopus, shrimp, and calamari, combined with day-old rice and cooked with brandy. Perfectly suitable for scooping with chopsticks!

Instructions
1: Heat up a wok and add oil, then add sliced garlic and seafood. 2: Cook for 1 minute, then add alcohol of choice and carefully ignite. 3: Cook until flames die down, around 1 to 2 minutes. 4: Remove contents of the wok into a bowl; the seafood should not be cooked for more than 3 minutes. 5: Heat the wok again and add oil. 6: Add the white part of the green onions and carrots and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. 7: Add in rice and separate the grains, stirring until rice grains jump from the pan, about 5 minutes. 8: Add soy sauce, salt, and white pepper, and cook until dried again. 9: Lastly, add in the prepared seafood and green parts of green onion, toss to reheat the seafood. 10: Serve hot.View original recipe
