1: In a heatproof mixing bowl, add and microwave milk and butter until butter is melted and the milk is warmed.

2: Add in the other ingredients and mix with a whisk until incorporated.

3: Strain through a fine-mesh sieve.

4: Let sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again once ready to use.

5: For the filling, add heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.

6: Cut strawberries into 1/8 inch thickness.

7: Assemble the crepes by layering the whipped cream and strawberries between the crepes.
