1: Preheat your oven as per pie dough instructions. 2: Roll out the defrosted pie dough and cut it into rectangles. 3: Place a tablespoon of strawberry jam on half of the rectangles. 4: Top with the other half of the rectangles and seal edges with a fork. 5: Brush the tops with the beaten egg. 6: Bake according to pie dough instructions until golden. 7: While the poptarts are baking, mix powdered sugar, strawberry jam, milk or water, and food colouring to make icing. 8: Once baked, let cool and drizzle icing on top. 9: Add colourful sprinkles on top of the icing.View original recipe
