Yor’s Successful Beef Stew

What you need

fl oz olive oil

fl oz sour cream

fl oz beef stock

fl oz worcestershire sauce

tsp garlic powder

tbsp tomato paste

tbsp dill

tsp smoked paprika

tsp black pepper
tsp salt
Instructions
1: To prepare the beef, mix all Beef Preparation ingredients in a bowl until covered in flour. Dust off excess flour. 2: Heat a large pot on medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add the prepared beef and cook until browned (4-5 min). Remove from heat. 3: Reduce heat to medium-low. Add onions and cook until translucent (2 min). Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (1 min). Mix in tomato paste and scrape the fond from the pot. 4: Add bell pepper and sauté until slightly softened (2 min). Return browned beef to the pot along with beef stock, enough water to cover the beef, Worcestershire sauce, and bayleaf. Stir and cover with a lid. 5: Once boiling, remove any skum from the surface and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6: Add potatoes, cover, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add carrots and cook for an additional 12 minutes until tender. 7: Remove the bayleaf and mix in sour cream and fresh dill. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a bowl with toppings.
